Simplified liquidation procedure - Cstv. 63 / B. § (1)

In the case of the following companies, the debtor's assets are not sufficient to cover the expected liquidation costs or the liquidation proceedings are technically impracticable due to deficiencies in the records or accounts, so the liquidator intends to apply for a simplified liquidation before the competent court.

In view of the above, the liquidator is a party to the Cstv. 63 / B. § (1), if anyone has creditworthy knowledge of the debtor's real estate or other assets (including claims and property rights), they must be notified within 15 days, ie by the notification deadline shown in the table below.
