COPYING PROCEDURE

1. SUBJECT MATTER AND PURPOSE OF THE COPYING PROCEDURE

Patik, Varga és Társaik Economic Consulting Private Limited Liability Company (Cg .: 01-10-048781, 1053 Budapest, Veres Pálné u. 9. 2nd floor) (hereinafter: Liquidator) in the course of performing its activities , insolvency proceedings: liquidation, bankruptcy, liquidation proceedings, etc.) During copying, the Liquidator generates electronic information from original, paper-based documents using digitization, authentication and time-stamping technology and stores the resulting information.

2. SCOPE OF THE COPYING ORDER

The personal scope of the copying system applies to the members of the Liquidator, its material scope applies to the entire IT system implementing the copying, including: - computer equipment and devices (computer, scanner, printer, network devices), - software (operating system, database manager, database, applications ), - data storage and storage media, - documentation used in the IT system, - the physical environment of the IT system. Territorial scope of the copying order The seat of the Liquidator is: 1053 Budapest, Veres Pálné u. 9. 2nd floor and its branches: 8840 Csurgó, Széchenyi tér 15., 7621 Pécs, Felsőmalom u. 2. 1st floor 4., 2600 Vác, 4429 / 16.hrsz. The temporal scope of the reproduction policy extends from the publication (publication) after its acceptance to its amendment or revocation. The Liquidator shall provide the personal and material conditions for the performance of the above tasks. The Liquidator can ensure the long-term preservation of electronic copies and their integrity and thus ensure their long-term availability and readability by using an archiving service (Netlock Kft.).

3. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

The IT system of the Liquidator and the copying company shall comply with Decree 13/2005 on the rules for making electronic copies of paper-based documents. (X. 27.) of the IHM Decree: During the preparation of the electronic copy of the paper-based document, the employees of the Liquidator shall personally: 1. make the electronic copy, 2. establish the visual conformity of the paper-based document and the electronic copy, 3. place it on the electronic copy and clearly assign the following metadata to the original paper document: - the name of the paper document; - the physical dimensions of the paper document; - the name of the organization making the copy and the name of the person responsible for the visual match of the copy; - the exact name and version number of the copying system or copying policy; - time of copying; - the availability of the applicable copying policy. 4. after placing the above metadata, affix the following authentication clause to the electronic copy: "Authentic electronic document identical to the original paper-based document", 5. place an enhanced electronic security electronic signature on the electronic copy with the authentication clause, 6. on the electronically signed copy a timestamp is placed with the qualified timestamp provider.

4. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS PROVIDED, PROCEDURE FOR MAKING COPIES

The following details the technical conditions required to comply with the law.

 

4.1. Make an electronic copy:

Electronic copying is performed by scanning paper-based documents using a high-capacity and reliable scanner (hardware side) with a resolution of 200 dpi in black and white (1-bit color depth). The result of the scan is saved in a file in * .pdf format. The Liquidator uses the Mokka program (software page) of Netlock Kft. During the making of the copy. For the purposes of this copying policy, paper documents consist of a set of sheets of paper that match the pages and sheets. During copying, documents are scanned page by page, except for completely blank pages and pages that do not contain any pictorial or textual information. The paper size that can be processed is A / 4. Only a copy that contains the entire paper-based document is made, so no partial copy or electronic statement is made. A copy may only be made with the consent of the originator (other data subject) in which the party authorizes the processing of his or her personal data for the purpose of making the copy.

4.2. Determining image compliance:

Copying is successful only if the visual correspondence between the paper-based document and the electronic copy can be established, ie both the content and form elements of the paper-based document, which are relevant for the creation of legal effect, are known. Image compliance is checked individually and page by page, and no automatic copying is performed.

4.3. Metadata, authentication clause

After successful copying to ensure image compliance, the Liquidator will use the Mokka program of Netlock Kft. To provide metadata for each electronic document, with an authentication clause.

4.4. Electronic signature:

Each electronic copy, complete with metadata and an authentication clause, is electronically signed by the acting attorney.

4.5. Time stamp:

Each electronic copy with an electronic signature will be stamped separately. The complete file to be sent electronically to the appropriate court in the context of the electronic communication will then be compiled in accordance with the order and the necessary legal procedure. Once the case is closed, the complete material will be archived.

5. LIABILITY ISSUES
