The founding owners of the company were Dr. János Varga, Dr. László Patik, Dr. József Telkes, Péter Zwack and Microsystem Részvénytársaság. In the last twenty years, the ownership structure has been simplified, as our company currently has two owners: Dr. Judit Takács and Dr. János Varga. There has also been a change in the form of the company, as our company has been operating as a private limited company since May 15, 2006.

In order to achieve the main goals, we submitted an application in early 1992 in order to be registered as a liquidator. Our application was successful, as a result of which we have been on this list without interruption since the spring of 1992, and since then we have been continuously engaged in liquidation and custody activities. Initially, our area of ​​operation was limited to Budapest, Pest County and Somogy County. However, since 1995, we have been continuously performing tasks in Zala County, Veszprém County, Vas County, Győr-Moson-Sopron County, Baranya County, and Fejér County, ie our activities extended to the whole of Transdanubia in addition to the capital. At the same time, in view of the changes in legislation, we are currently operating at the national level.
